Recognizing the challenges of managing brand identity and marketing on a global scale, ZOO Digital’s artworking software integrates language translation, localization, proofing, global collaboration, version control, and archiving. The software’s template structure significantly simplifies logo and copy replacement across all brand assets, ensuring consistent brand identity. Authorized users transmit approved artwork files electronically from a centralized database for print and packaging production.

Under the terms of the Agreement, MPS has made a strategic investment of approximately $1.3 million for 2,148,642 shares of ZOO Digital, which is equal to approximately 9.1 percent of the ZOO Digital’s issued share capital.
